Ok, I didn't LIE, but I didn't follow my own instructions on Friday. I ended up working later that I expected to on Friday and just couldn't get to the gym. So, I went Saturday morning, nailed 205 on bench, and then went to my cousin's wedding. Fast forward to a very hung over Sunday morning, and training wasn't an option.
So, today I'm going and working the 20 reps at 190 on squats. Here are my sets from Saturday.

Yes, that's another PR on bench. Feeling good. Gonna stay at 205 for another week or 2, then try for 210.
