Bench and Squats and Deadlifts

Benched and squatted light weight on Wednesday.  Here are the sets.

Then, Sunday I did some deadlifts and bi's.

Deadlifts - 3 sets

Bent Bar Bicep Curls - 2 sets

70x10

And that pretty much wraps up the week.
